1. One-Time Exchange

Your Fit, Our Responsibility
We offer one-time size exchanges only if our consultant recommended the wrong size.

💬 Please consult us for sizing before purchasing – exchanges will not be accepted otherwise.

One exchange per order only
Exchange is strictly for size (not style or color)
Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months, item value only)

2. Tailored Items - Final Sales

Tailored pieces are made just for you and are strictly final sale, unless tailored incorrectly based on the measurements you provided.

If you believe there's an issue:

Record a clear video showing each measurement with a measuring tape
Send it to us for verification with our seamstress team
If confirmed incorrect, we’ll send a corrected piece at no extra cost

All other tailored orders are final and not eligible for exchange or credit.

3. Exchange & Return Conditions

If you receive a faulty or wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days
Late returns will not be accepted
Send clear photos and your order number
We’ll replace it if in stock, or issue store credit
Depending on the situation, we will cover 1-way or 2-way shipping costs

Normally, we do not offer refunds. If you choose not to proceed with an exchange, we will issue store credit instead.

Valid for 3 months
Cannot be used on shipping or discounted items
Non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash

4. Final Picks

Last Chance Beauties Items under Final Picks are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, with no eligibility for store credit. Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing!
